FRAMEVIVA

Terms of Service

Clear terms for a two-photo digital video service.

Version 2026-10-16.2 · Last Updated: October 16, 2026 · Effective: October 16, 2026.

1. Operator and acceptance

Frameviva is operated by LIU DONGBAO, an individual operating in China, at https://frameviva.com/. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to that operator. These terms govern use of the website and the described digital service. Use the service only if you agree to these terms and have read the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Purchases and public uploads are currently closed; the purchase terms below describe the intended one-time service and do not open checkout.

2. The service and AI dependencies

The proposed service takes two authorized adult portraits and generates one digital video using the original Duo dance template: approximately five seconds, vertical 720p, silent. It synthesizes identifiable real adults performing fictional dance or performance actions they did not actually perform, rather than documenting a real recorded event. Waffo’s published restrictions prohibit fabricated real-person actions even with consent. This is a substantive conflict for the proposed product, disclosed for formal merchant review; we do not represent the concept as permitted, approved or available for purchase. The underlying video model used in our two internal tests and fixed in the integration is Seedance 2.0 Fast Face, accessed through APIMart (API model identifier: seedance-2.0-fast-face). APIMart is the access provider, not the name of the underlying model. Public live generation remains disabled; the restricted Mock preview uses no AI model. Frameviva is independent and does not claim to be an official model-provider product or to have its endorsement. Provider availability, restrictions and processing can affect generation. General prompts and model selection are not offered. A mock test video is clearly marked and is not an AI-generated customer result.

3. Eligibility and order access

You must be at least 18 and have authority to enter this agreement, including authority to act for an organization if relevant. Both depicted people must be adults and explicitly permit this use. There is no user registration, password or account. Provide a usable email and protect your private order and download links; anyone with a valid link may gain access to that order.

4. One-time purchase

The planned purchase is one video per order. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, credit balance or automatic top-up. The proposed launch price is US$9.90 per video and is not a currently available paid offer. A new video requires a separate purchase and authorization.

5. Price, payment authorization and confirmation

If paid checkout opens, the applicable price, currency, any taxes or mandatory charges and the final total must be shown before you confirm. By confirming a purchase, you authorize only that order’s displayed total. Waffo Pancake is the intended payment processing provider. Frameviva does not receive or store complete card numbers or CVV codes. An order reference or a return from checkout alone does not prove payment; payment is verified server-side. An order confirmation is not confirmation that a video is already generated.

6. Asynchronous delivery and stopping an order

Generation starts after verified payment and required checks, when the live service is available. Generation times are estimates, not fixed deadlines, and depend on queues, providers and interruptions. There is no promise of an instantly completed video after payment. On completion, a private download is intended to remain available for seven days, with email notification and private order status. Email failure alone does not trigger a new charge or generation. Download within the displayed window.

To ask to stop an order, contact us with its reference. Processing may already have begun, so stopping a task is not guaranteed. Refund requests are reviewed under section 7. There is no subscription to cancel.

7. Refunds and remedies

There are no real charges or real refunds in the current preview. For future paid orders, the following principles apply:

The Refund Policy explains how to request review. A refund request is not a completed refund. No automatic refund, free rerun or fixed settlement period is promised. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.

8. Billing disputes

For an unrecognized or incorrect charge, contact delivery@frameviva.com with your order reference and the issue so we can investigate. Do not send card credentials. Contacting us does not remove your right to contact your payment provider or exercise legal rights, and does not extend any external dispute deadline.

9. Photos, likeness and intellectual property

You retain rights you already hold in your photos. You confirm that you hold the necessary image rights and explicit permission from both adults to process their likenesses for this AI video. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit the inputs to the necessary providers solely to fulfill the authorized service and support it, subject to the Privacy Policy. Upload consent is not permission for us to publish your photos or video as a showcase.

Our website and original template remain protected by their respective intellectual property rights. We do not claim your pre-existing image rights. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright, and third-party rights and upstream terms may apply. We do not promise exclusive ownership or unrestricted commercial-use rights. Review the result and the rights relevant to your intended use before sharing it.

10. Acceptable use and AI content safety

These rules cover submitted photos, the fixed generation instructions, generated videos and related use or distribution. Do not use Frameviva to generate, submit, store or distribute any of these six prohibited content categories:

We also prohibit terrorism or extremist propaganda, assistance with weapons of mass destruction, genocide or ethnic hatred, fraud, harassment, privacy or likeness infringement, spam and attempts to bypass safety checks. Upload only your own photos or material explicitly authorized by both depicted adults. Authorization does not override the prohibited categories. The planned real-person photo-based concept is not currently available; live use must remain closed while its compatibility with these rules is unresolved.

10.1 Report prohibited content or misuse

Email delivery@frameviva.com with the subject “Content safety report” to report prohibited content, child-safety concerns, impersonation or rights infringement. Include the relevant public page URL or order reference, the category, a concise explanation and safe supporting details. Do not send illegal images, intimate material, complete payment details or private order/download access tokens. This is an operator-handled mailbox, not an automated reporting form or a 24-hour emergency service. Reporter details are shared only as needed to investigate, protect rights or comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 Current safeguards and content-review limits

Public uploads, live generation and purchases are disabled. The separate restricted preview accepts authorized synthetic test images and uses marked Mock video; it does not run a live AI generation model. The implemented integration fixes one template and does not accept arbitrary user prompts. The previously tested APIMart request includes its nsfw_check option, but provider screening can be unavailable or incomplete and is not proof of comprehensive input and output moderation. Waffo Prompt Sift and a complete platform-side pre-generation and pre-delivery screening pipeline are not currently integrated.

Before any future public live service, both inputs (photos and generation instructions) and generated output must be reviewed for these prohibited categories, with disallowed or uncertain material withheld from generation or delivery. This is a launch requirement, not a claim that the current automated system already performs those checks. Public processing remains closed until appropriate controls are implemented, verified and the product is eligible under applicable provider and payment rules.

10.3 How reports are reviewed and handled

The operator records and assesses reports, prioritizing child safety, terrorism, threats and serious harm. We check the reference and relevant information under our control, request only necessary clarification, and manually assess the allegation against these rules. If warranted while investigating, we may restrict access to affected content or suspend the affected service. Confirmed violations may result in a warning, removal of media under our control, revocation of delivery access, restriction or termination of service access, and legally required reporting or cooperation with competent authorities. We can request action from a provider but cannot guarantee removal of copies outside our control.

We notify the reporter and affected user of the outcome where appropriate and lawful. Deliberately false or abusive reports may be documented and addressed proportionately. To dispute a decision, reply to the same email with the reference and reasons for reconsideration. The operator reviews the additional evidence; we do not claim a separate independent appeals team, automatic acknowledgments or a fixed response time. Mandatory rights and the Refund Policy remain unaffected.

11. Privacy and data

The Privacy Policy explains data categories, providers, retention and requests. Deleting Frameviva media does not certify deletion of every provider copy. APIMart’s complete upstream retention and deletion controls remain unverified; real-person public uploads and live generation remain closed.

12. Availability and reasonable limits

The preview is provided as available. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, exact likeness, consistent clothing or movement, or satisfaction with every AI result. We may interrupt access for maintenance, safety or provider issues. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the preview or third-party outages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer rights, or our obligations concerning delivery and refunds for a paid order. We do not disclaim all responsibility for third-party processing.

13. Suspension and enforcement

For violations, fraud, safety risks or legal requirements, we may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove relevant submitted material where lawful, or take necessary legal measures. Measures will be proportionate to the risk and seriousness. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, section 7 applies; suspension does not automatically remove statutory refund rights.

14. Applicable law and disputes

The operator is based in China. These terms do not designate an exclusive court or arbitration forum or exclude mandatory protections under applicable law. Contact us to seek an informal resolution; rights to competent courts, regulators and payment-provider processes remain unaffected.

15. Updates and general provisions

We publish revisions here with a version, effective date and Last Updated date. Material changes will be announced on the website before taking effect, with additional notice or consent where applicable law requires. A later revision does not retroactively change an already agreed order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms and the linked policies describe this service.
