Acceptable Use Policy
A narrow product with narrow, enforceable boundaries.

1. Allowed input
Only two ordinary display names may be entered. The product does not accept photos, character files, audio, video or prompts.
2. Prohibited use
Do not use names or resulting content for impersonation, harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, child exploitation, graphic violence, fraud, illegal activity, intellectual-property infringement or protected-character imitation. Do not present fictional AI-created animation as a recording of a real event.
3. Character boundary
Only Frameviva’s pre-made Mia and Leo characters are in scope. Real people, public figures, historical figures, face swaps, custom avatars and user-uploaded characters are out of scope.
4. Review chain
The live flow binds the fixed template digest, validates both names, verifies the deterministic post-processing contract and requires complete human playback of the final MP4. Failed, unknown, expired or review-required states are not delivered.
5. Reporting and action
Report suspected misuse to delivery@frameviva.com. Frameviva may reject, hold or remove content and preserve necessary safety evidence, subject to applicable law and provider capabilities.
