1. Fixed AI-created template

The single animation template was created once with the APIMart API model identifier seedance-2.0-fast, presented as Seedance 2.0 Fast, using Frameviva’s original Mia and Leo reference artwork. The same animation is reused for every order; no model is called after checkout.

2. What is personalized

The model did not render customer names. Names, the anniversary title, opening and ending are added afterward with a pinned-font deterministic FFmpeg process, producing a finished video of about 7.5 seconds.

3. Rights and use

APIMart’s current terms state that customers retain rights to inputs and generated outputs. Its restriction concerns reselling, redistributing or white-labeling API services without authorization; Frameviva does not sell API access, models, keys or credits. Customers receive the finished MP4 for personal sharing, subject to third-party rights and applicable law; copyright eligibility and exclusivity can vary.

4. Safety and quality

The fixed source template has been reviewed once. Each personalized final receives media-profile verification and complete human playback before delivery. Failed or uncertain results are held.
